Miami HEAT Release 2014-15 Preseason Schedule

MIAMI, FL – The Miami HEAT announced their 2014-15 preseason schedule, which will be highlighted by the team’s three home games at AmericanAirlines Arena and their NBA Global Games Rio 2014 trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The HEAT will open the preseason in Louisville, KY on Saturday, October 4, when they take on the New Orleans Pelicans. The HEAT’s first home game in Miami will be held on Tuesday, October 7 vs. Orlando. The team will then travel overseas for a game in Brazil vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers, before returning back to Miami to face the Atlanta Hawks on October 14 and the Houston Rockets on October 21.

Tickets for the three home games at AmericanAirlines Arena are on sale now and can be purchased by clicking here, by visiting any Ticketmaster outlet, or by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX. Tickets can also be purchased at the AmericanAirlines Arena Ticket office Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM. Ticket prices start at $10 plus applicable fees.

In addition to the three home games at AmericanAirlines Arena, the HEAT will also host a game at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO, taking on the Golden State Warriors on October 17. This marks the fifth time the HEAT will play in Kansas City. Tickets to that game are available by visiting SprintCenter.com, the Sprint Center Box Office or by calling (888) 929-7849. Tickets to the HEAT’s neutral site home game vs. the Pelicans at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY are available at the KFC Yum! Center Box Office, by purchasing online here or by calling (800) 745-3000. Miami will also play road contests against the San Antonio Spurs on October 18, and the Memphis Grizzlies on October 24.
